About the price and payments
Is there a free trial?
Instead of trial days you get the admin preview: build the theme, open its WordPress admin in the browser and check the fields with your own content. If you subscribe and change your mind, the 14-day refund covers you.
Can I pay once instead of a subscription?
No, there is one monthly plan. Themes you have downloaded stay yours whether or not you keep subscribing; the subscription is what lets you download and update.
Does one subscription cover several sites?
Yes. There is no limit on projects, builds or downloads.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Paddle.
Why is my total higher than $20?
Paddle, our reseller, adds the VAT or sales tax of your billing country at checkout, usually 0–27%. The base price is $20 a month.
How do I cancel?
In your account, on the subscription page, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Write to support@themeforge.pro within 14 days of the payment. You get the full amount back, no questions asked.
Do I need to buy ACF PRO or other plugins?
No paid plugin is required. The theme installs the free Secure Custom Fields plugin by itself, and WooCommerce and Polylang are free. WPML is a separate purchase from its makers, only if you choose it instead of Polylang.
