Keep the form in your layout
Use your usual form markup. In Webflow, the native form block works as it is; ThemeForge sends its entries to WordPress instead of Webflow.

Field names come from your labels
Entries use the field labels from your design. If you rename a label, give the field a fixed key with the wp-field attribute, so webhooks keep receiving the same names.
Email depends on the hosting
Some hosts block outgoing mail. Entries are saved anyway; set up SMTP or Telegram so they also reach your client.
Not a form builder
Forms are designed in your layout, not dragged together in the admin. To change a form, change the design and rebuild.

WordPress forms, answered
Do I need Contact Form 7 or another forms plugin?
No. Forms from your design work through the theme. A forms plugin is only needed if you want to build new forms inside the admin.
What if email stops working?
The entry is already saved in the admin. Delivery is retried for up to a day, and the delivery log shows what happened.
Do Webflow forms still send entries to Webflow?
No. On the WordPress site, entries go to WordPress only; Webflow’s own form handling is switched off in the theme.
Can visitors attach files?
Yes. Files are stored outside the public uploads folder and can be opened only by logged-in staff.
What happens to entries when I change the design?
They stay in the admin. Entries are WordPress data, not part of the theme, so a rebuild does not touch them.
