User Agreement

This Agreement covers service usage rules (acceptable use, IP, liability). Payment terms (pricing, recurring billing, refunds) are in a separate document — the Public Offer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

themeforge.pro ("ThemeForge", "we", "our", "us") is a web service operated as an individual business. By accessing or using ThemeForge services, including the Code2Flow Importer Webflow Designer Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ThemeForge is a web service that converts Webflow projects and generic HTML into WordPress themes.

Code2Flow Importer is a Webflow Designer Extension that imports HTML and CSS code into Webflow Designer as native elements, styles, and assets.

3. Account Registration

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
• Upload malicious code or content through the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the service in order to extract its source code, algorithms, or internal logic (including the conversion engine, the attribute-processing system, and the admin panels), except to the extent such a right is expressly granted by applicable law and cannot be contractually waived
• Use the service, its output, documentation, or interfaces to build a competing product or service, including reproducing its attribute system, panel structure, or conversion logic
• Systematically extract (including by automated means) content, documentation, or service-generated code for purposes unrelated to your own projects

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the HTML, CSS, and design content you process through Code2Flow Importer or ThemeForge. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Generated Themes: WordPress themes generated by ThemeForge are your property. You may use, modify, and distribute them freely.

Our Software: The ThemeForge service and Code2Flow Importer source code, the theme-generation engine, the attribute-processing system, the admin panel interfaces and texts, and the documentation with its translations remain our intellectual property. Copying, reproducing, adapting (creating derivative works of), or using them to develop competing products or services without our prior written permission is prohibited. Your ownership of generated themes (above) is not limited by this clause.

6. Code2Flow Extension

The Extension operates within the Webflow Designer environment and:

• Creates elements, styles, and assets in your Webflow project using the Designer API
• Processes all code locally in the browser — no data is sent to external servers
• Is provided "as is" — results may require manual adjustments in the Designer
• Is subject to Webflow Designer API limitations and rate limits

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service (if any)
• We are not responsible for data loss — please maintain your own backups

9. Payment Terms

Pricing, payment processing, recurring billing, refunds and price changes are covered in a separate document — the Public Offer. By accepting this Agreement and purchasing a subscription, you also accept the terms of the Offer.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, particularly in cases of Agreement violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes to payment terms (pricing, recurring) are governed separately in §6 of the Public Offer.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
